How inquiry and website data are handled.
Inquiry Data
FMSCales stores the information submitted through inquiry forms so our team can review and respond. The visible fields are Name, Email, Tel / WhatsApp and Message. Technical page context and marketing attribution may also be recorded.
Analytics and Attribution
Optional website analytics is off by default. The remote Google Analytics tag loads only after a visitor selects Accept analytics, and the choice can be changed through Privacy settings. Declining analytics does not affect site features. The browser's local storage is used only to remember this analytics choice. When accepted, analytics may record page categories and interactions such as product views, document requests, contact-link clicks and form progress. The analytics event layer is designed not to send inquiry-field contents such as a visitor's name, email address, telephone number or message. Campaign parameters and the page context associated with a submitted inquiry may be retained with that inquiry for attribution.
Inquiry Security
Each form uses a short-lived, one-time security token. Network and device signals used for abuse detection are stored in hashed or aggregated form where practical. Valid submissions may be classified for buyer intent, duplicate handling or spam review, and we retain the inquiry record and its notification status for audit and follow-up.
A short message, free email provider or missing telephone number does not by itself cause rejection. Legitimate business inquiries, including brief requests, remain available for human review.
Security and Retention
We use access controls and operational safeguards to protect inquiry information. Abuse aggregates and routine security events are normally removed after 90 days unless an event is retained for a documented manual review, investigation or legal requirement. Business inquiry retention and access are managed according to operational needs and applicable law.
Third Parties
Service providers may process email, hosting, network or security information when supporting website operation and inquiry delivery.
